The St. Clair County Health Department and MPRO as part of the Lake Superior Quality Innovation Network have partnered to develop the St. Clair County Adult Immunization Coalition. The coalition was created to bring together health care professionals to address and improve adult vaccination rates throughout the county.
Please join us for one of our first sessions. Food and refreshments will be served.
We will be hosting two events, please choose the event you would like to attend.
Afternoon session: noon - 1 p.m.

This partnership supports the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) priorities for health care quality improvement in each organizations’ respective state.
